In production of hydraulic crimping tools we use highly refined steel that is subsequently processed by heat pressing. This helps to get goods of higher quality than goods made by casting.
Workpieces are processed on highly precision CNC machines of the Japanese brand "Mazak", which process a workpiece by one fixing, that is exceptionally important for most advanced unit and detail making.
Heat treatment is implemented on high-tech equipment which allows to fully control the technological process. The "human factor" is practically fully excluded, that helps to achieve constancy of technical parameters in every product series.
